1. Deposit
The booking will be held for three days and will be provisional until receipt of a £100 deposit.
2. Final payment
The full balance of the holiday cost is payable two months prior to the holiday (if booking within two months please send the total amount). If the full balance is not paid on time the owners reserve the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case the deposit will be lost. Please make cheques payable to Garry Kay.
3. Damages
A damages deposit of £100 must also be included with the final payment. This will be returned within a week of departure from the property.
4. Cancellation
If it is necessary to cancel your booking, four weeks notice is required. You may be liable for the full amount unless the owners are able to re-let the property. We advise that you take out holiday insurance.
5. Visitor accommodation limitation
Accommodation is limited to the number of persons for whom the booking is made and the maximum number of four persons must not be exceeded for Lemon Villa or five persons for Careless Whisper.
6. Loss of visitors' property
The owners can not be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings or for injury sustained by the visitor or members of his/her party during their stay.
7. Owners' right of entry
The owners reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time on reasonable cause.
8. Visitor obligations
The visitor undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the booking period and shall pay to the owners the value of any part of the premises, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition. Breakages and damage should be reported as soon as possible.
9. Property cleanliness
The visitor is asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. In the event of excessive cleaning being required, the owners reserve the right to engage cleaners at the visitor's cost.
10. Arrival and departure
In order to give the owners sufficient time to clean the premises, guests are expected to leave before 10am on the day of departure and arrive no sooner than 5pm.
